We are currently operating at our usual capacity and warmly welcome your business. We have taken extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers and continue to follow government advice and guidelines.
As of 1st June 2020, we will be resuming a number of our services, including equipment rental, AV integration, sales and first-line support services.
As a business working in the events sector, our rental department is required to be closed under new government instructions, to enforce social distancing measures. Therefore our warehouse is now closed for collections and deliveries of audio-visual equipment until further notice.
We still have a small team available to answer your queries, who can be contacted by phone or email. If anyone has any upcoming bookings that need to be rearranged, please get in touch, although we will contact you personally if your event is unable to be fulfilled due to government imposed restrictions. We are happy for customers to postpone any event that has been booked in within 3 months of the date that they contact us to postpone without charge, however new dates will be subject to availability and must be within 15 months of the originally booked date.

Due to the recent developments with the outbreak of COVID-19, AV Xpert have implemented a policy of precautionary measures in all departments to help limit the spread of the virus.
The well-being of our staff, customers and suppliers is our number one priority, and we are doing all that we can in response to the outbreak in order to minimise the risks of spreading the coronavirus.

If you need to cancel your event, please view our cancellation policy here. We have relaxed our cancellation fees during the outbreak, and are offering customers the ability to rearrange their event dates and postpone events without any charge.
