AV Xpert are incredible! I came to them with an idea for an event, it was my first ever event. From the start, Rosie was fantastic, she understood exactly what I needed, her quotes were easy to understand and prompt.

Rosie really took the time to understand our event, she didn’t make me feel silly for asking hundreds of questions, she really is a pleasure to work with and makes you feel comfortable from the start.

On the day, the guys arrived with enthusiasm. The day was long, with the set up and take down. We overran and they didn’t moan once! They had to concentrate on every demonstration we had and they really captured the event perfectly. Both Matthew and Nathan made us feel really comfortable and understood our needs for the event.

Rosie, Matthew and Nathan are a real credit to the company and we can’t wait to work with them all again this year for the return of our events.

AV Xpert have provided us with remote technical support for a number of virtual events. The team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly and offer an excellent service.

Their booking process and charging structure is clear and straight forward and they always respond to enquiries in a timely manner. I have found everyone at AVxpert a pleasure to work with.

AV Xpert were recommended to Vitec Production Solutions by our event planner for a corporate opening event for 200 people. They very quickly assessed what was required from the event and delivered the appropriate AV kit.

We also hired a tour guide system, which was a crucial piece of kit on the day. The tour had to be executed with no hiccups and the attention to detail with providing the right kit and instructions on how to use it, made the tour run smoothly on the day.

Having investigated options and costs to install a background music radio system in our factory, I contacted AV Xpert. They provided the advice and knowledge to install a system that tailored our occupational health requirements to the letter.

They showed the diligence to advise where costs could easily be saved. Their team was flexible and easy to work with, all in all the AV Xpert team have made our guys very happy. Would I recommend them..? Absolutely.
