Audiovisual Systems Support and Maintenance Agreements

We offer Support and Maintenance Agreements (SMAs) for all of our Installed AV systems and can also adopt existing AV systems or items of equipment within a system that we didn't provide or install.

All of our installed AV systems, PA and Background Music Systems and Video Conference Systems are covered by an initial 1-year on-site callout warranty, and our SMAs are designed to extend this warranty, as well as providing an additional yearly service visit that will prolong the life of equipment, with servicing inline with manufacturer's recommendations.

The support element of our SMAs provides you with the same level of support as our On-Site Callout Warranty, which is provided as standard with all of our installed AV Systems. As such, you will benefit from the following:

Preventative Maintenance Visits

As part of the terms of our SMAs we will provide one annual preventative maintenance visit where we will clean, lubricate, adjust and test all equipment to the standards and recommendations as set out by the manufacturers of the installed equipment.

We will update software and firmware to the latest versions (if applicable) to ensure the smooth running of systems and giving you access to any new features that may become available on devices.
