However, for businesses seeking extended protection beyond the first year of free coverage, our Support and Maintenance Agreements (SMAs) offer a continued enhanced level of support, ensuring you continue to get the most out of your audio-visual systems.

Our flexible agreements are tailored to meet the unique needs of your business, combining servicing and support into one bespoke solution, giving you complete peace of mind. Our SMAs include priority access to speak to a technician for any immediate technical support queries, covering user error as well as any other unforeseen faults. This ensures immediate access to expert assistance, minimising downtime and disruptions. If we cannot resolve your problem quickly over the phone, we will send an engineer out to site.

On-Site Engineer Callouts

Exceptional support coverage for your business

If we are unable to resolve your issue promptly over the phone, we will dispatch an engineer to your site to diagnose and attempt to repair the fault. Minor replacements, such as cabling or accessories up to the value of £25+VAT, are included within your agreement. Additionally, we will handle manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf, provided the items remain under warranty. Should any repairs or replacements fall outside of warranty, we will provide a quotation. Labour costs for such work will be covered under your agreement.

Temporary Loan Equipment

Backup equipment to keep you operational in case you ever need it

We maintain a substantial stock of loan equipment, which we can provide on a temporary basis while we process manufacturer warranty claims or carry out out-of-warranty repairs and replacements. Loan equipment will be supplied for as long as necessary until your repaired or replacement items are returned and reinstalled, subject to acceptance of any quotations for out-of-warranty work within 14 days.

Preventative Maintenance Visits

The best possible protection for your systems

As part of our Support & Maintenance Agreements, we provide at least one annual preventative maintenance visit to ensure your equipment remains in optimal condition. During this visit, our engineers will clean, lubricate, adjust, and test all equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards and recommendations.

Where applicable, we will also update software and firmware to the latest versions, ensuring your systems run smoothly and giving you access to any new features that may enhance functionality. Key preventative maintenance tasks include:

  • Cleaning of Fans & Filters – Clogged or dirty cooling systems can lead to overheating and potential failure. We ensure vents and filters are thoroughly cleaned to maintain efficient operation.
  • Cleaning of Screens & Optical Components – Dust and debris on optical components can reduce light output and image clarity. We clean all relevant parts to optimise performance.
  • Lubrication of Mechanisms – Moving parts, such as projector screens and display brackets, require proper lubrication to prevent seizing and ensure smooth operation.
  • Maintenance of Cabling & Connections – Loose or damaged cables can cause signal loss or intermittent faults. Our engineers inspect all connections, securing terminals and grips where necessary.
  • System Diagnostics – We check projector lamp hours and other system diagnostics, notifying you if any components will soon require replacement.
  • System Updates – Where applicable, we perform firmware updates to maintain compatibility with the latest laptops and devices and bring you any new features.

Regular preventative maintenance helps to extend the lifespan of your equipment, reduce unexpected failures, and keep your systems running at peak efficiency.
