Just a "thank you" from myself and the team at church for your work today. I've just watched the livestream and it looks and sounds well. We are all most grateful for the quality of your work and the calm manner in which you carried it out with respect and understanding of the church building and those who work there. I will have no hesitation in recommending you to others if any appropriate needs arise.

I just wanted to write to you to tell you how happy I was with the service that you provided for us yesterday. My mother passed away quite recently and as she had relatives overseas who couldn't travel, we wanted to stream her funeral service.

I sent out to ask for quotes from local companies to provide AV streaming services. Rosie came back to me immediately and provided a really comprehensive quote that immediately reassured me that I was dealing with a top drawer company. With this kind of event you only get one chance on the audio video and I really wanted to be secure that I had a good company on board.

The other company I reached out to failed to respond to my initial request and when I called [three times] they couldn't put me in contact with anybody to deal with my inquiry. When I finally did get connected somebody promised to call me back with a quote the next day and failed to do so.

On the day, I was at the church in the morning awaiting AV xpert to arrive to make sure the inload was done with no issues. A very polite young man called Gregg arrived, he was considerate and offered his condolences to the family for our loss. He quietly got on with setting up with no fuss and bother and the parish priest commented on how professional he was and what a nice guy. During the service he was unobtrusive and people didn't really notice the setup.

We had about 30 people sign on to the stream some as far afield as China and Australia and everyone commented on how high quality the stream was, clear and seamless. The camera operation was excellent sound quality very very good. I was in retail and marketing for 30 years and I was very very impressed with AV xpert. Excellent administration and technical implementation. Special thanks please to Rosie and Gregg who really were excellent ambassadors for your company. Heartily recommend these guys to anybody.

I was a bit nervous of our responsibilities to do the stream, but it quickly became apparent that you both knew exactly what you were doing and put my mind at ease! 

I thought that you were excellent - sympathetic to the nature of the event but still able to get great shots. The camera work, angles and overview were just spot on. We have had so many compliments for our livestream - thankyou!

Just wanted to say thanks for everything on Friday, family seemed very happy with the recording and the church were impressed with how unobtrusive it all was.

Your support and can do attitude, coupled with the seemless installation of the equipment and professional sound and picture quality are to be commended. All masterminded gently with me at a time when we needed that empathy and support. You gave it all and I am so grateful.

We have been talking this morning about how wonderful the day was and how it could not have been any better. Thank you so very much for the live streaming and broadcasting into the churchyard of Joy’s funeral service today. It was a very blessed occasion and it was good that such a large community could be involved beyond those in the church building – it made a huge difference to the family and to many others.
