Content Design and Custom Printed Items
We offer a graphic design and video content creation service where we will create bespoke content for your ceremony. From custom video content for holding slides and awards presentations, to printed backdrops, pull-up banners, lectern graphics and more, having bespoke branded content at your ceremony can make a big impact on the overall feel of the event.
Stage Set Design and Hire
We design custom stage sets, incorporating both printed media and audiovisual content delivery, using equipment such as rear projection screens and displays.
Hire staging, truss systems, lecterns and creative lighting to maximise the impact of your stage set.
We offer various types of microphones from gooseneks attached to a lectern, to wireless handhelds and lapel mics, which will be linked up to a high quality sound system, all of which will ensure your guests can hear clearly, what's going on on stage. We can also offer assisted hearing systems for any guests who have hearing difficulties.
Video Distribution and Production
Our video production equipment will ensure that there is always content on every display and projector at the venue, and allows for smooth transitions between content such as holding slides, videos, presentations and camera feeds. We can send content simultaneously to a variety of displays and repeater screens, or can send different content to each display.
Cameras, Recording and Live Streaming
We can record and livestream your ceremony, taking feeds from multiple camera angles, alowing people to view the event from home, live through platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitch.
Atmospheric and creative lighting can make all the difference to the overall impact of your event, creating a fantastic spectacle, and soft-edged stage lighting will ensure your guests can see people on stage. We can provide uplighters that create atmosphere in the venue, and can be set to the colours of your choice to match with your event's theme, or your company branding. "Eye Candy" lighting above a stage can be used to create certain moods and provides a visual artistic effect. Finally, moving lighting can be used to create tension and suspense when awards are about to be announced, and excitement when the winners are coming up to the stage.
Our highly experienced AV technicians will set up equipment at your venue, operate the sound desk, lighting and video control systems, and can run presentations, play audio and video and provide general technical support throughout rehearsals and during the event itself.
