Yes. We are experienced in delivering hybrid events with integrated AV and streaming solutions. We work with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and bespoke broadcast systems, and provide full technical management.


Do you handle site visits and planning?

Absolutely. We offer complimentary site visits where required, allowing us to assess the venue and recommend suitable technical solutions. This ensures efficient setup and smooth delivery.

Yes. We provide professional AV installation services for meeting rooms, classrooms, public venues, and more. Our services include supply, fitting, calibration, and ongoing support.


Are your technicians available during events?

Yes. We can provide on-site technical staff for setup, live operation, and support during your event. Alternatively, we offer standby support for simpler setups or internal use.


Do you carry insurance and certifications?

Yes. We are fully insured and operate in accordance with industry health and safety standards. Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are available on request. All equipment is PAT tested regularly.


How far in advance do we need to book?

We recommend booking early, particularly during peak seasons. However, we understand last-minute needs and will always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests.


What areas do you cover?

We are based in Cambridgeshire and regularly support events across East Anglia, London, the Midlands, and further afield. Installation projects can be arranged nationwide depending on scope.

What are your payment terms for business clients?

We accept BACS and credit/debit card payments. Credit accounts may be available for repeat business clients upon application. Terms vary depending on project type and scope.
