AV Xpert Support the 4C Media ‘Long Haul Leader’ Summit

AV Xpert were proud to once again support 4C Media Limited, for the second consecutive year, at their flagship business and networking event, the Long Haul Leader Summit. Held across the 1st and 2nd of November 2025 at the prestigious University Arms Hotel in Cambridge, the summit brought together ambitious entrepreneurs, industry leaders and business owners for two days of insight, inspiration and connection.
Founded by entrepreneur, author and business mentor Chris Ducker, 4C Media is known for creating high-impact business events that place brand, community and mentorship at the forefront. With keynote sessions led by Chris Ducker himself, alongside industry-famous guest speakers and networking opportunities, the Long Haul Leader Summit required an audio-visual solution that could support a premium delegate experience while reinforcing the 4C Media brand.
AV Xpert provided a full event production service, from initial planning through to on-site technical delivery. Working closely with the 4C Media team, we designed a bespoke audio-visual setup tailored specifically to the objectives of the summit.
The Solution
A custom-built stage set was created specifically for the occasion, thoughtfully designed to reflect the 4C Media brand and align with the event theme. The setup featured a bespoke three-part truss archway with a branded backdrop, complemented by custom banners and lectern graphics showcasing the brand’s logo and colours. Every element was carefully considered to place the 4C Media brand and message at the forefront, creating a cohesive visual experience and leaving a lasting impression on the audience.
To ensure all delegates had a clear view of presentation slides and content, we supplied multiple 4K UHD commercial displays throughout the venue. Two 75” commercial displays were positioned at the front of the room either side of the stage, with an additional two 65” commercial displays located further back in the room as repeater screens. These screens showcased branded holding slides, presentation content and custom videos, ensuring a consistent visual experience across the room.
Our technicians managed video distribution across all displays, synchronising content and using professional switching systems to ensure the right material was shown at the right time. Branded holding slides were used between sessions to maintain clear communication, consistent branding, and a professional experience throughout the event.
Bespoke lighting was designed to deliver both clear stage visibility and strong brand impact. Soft-edged Fresnel spotlights provided natural, even illumination so presenters were clearly visible on camera and to the audience without harsh shadows. LED pixel bars highlighted the backdrop, while seven retro-style blinder fixtures, programmed in the client’s brand colours, created a bold and visually engaging stage presence. Additional effect lighting and room uplighting enhanced the environment and reinforced the event identity, with all elements precisely programmed to the 4C Media brand palette for a controlled and consistent visual experience.
For audio, we supplied four high-quality speakers, strategically positioned around the room to deliver balanced, consistent sound coverage for all attendees. For the guest speakers, we provided three wireless lapel microphones for presentations and speeches. A wireless handheld microphone was also supplied for audience members to use during Q&A sessions.
We provided a dedicated technician on site throughout the two-day Long Haul Leader Summit to ensure smooth delivery and continuous technical support. This included monitoring audio, video, and lighting systems, managing session transitions, and maintaining consistent production standards. With professional technical support in place, the organisers could focus fully on their programme and delegates, confident that all production elements would run reliably and professionally.
