On the day of the event, we assign on-site technicians to set up and operate the equipment and make sure everything runs to schedule. Typically we would provide a minimum of two technicians on the day, one to manage the video and the other to manage the audio. For larger conferences, additional technicians can be provided to further break down the technical tasks on the day.
