This company was engaged by the family of someone who had died recently, to livestream a Thanksgiving Service from our medieval church. We were, initially, a little anxious whether the technical equipment would be problematic in such a setting but any concerns were quickly alleviated by the calm and professional manner in which Greg and his team worked.

Quiet, and unassuming but totally professional, they got on with their job with sensitivity to both the building, the volunteers working in it and, most importantly, the family of the deceased. The quality of the livestream was very good and has been viewed many times from across the world on the YouTube link.

We were thrilled with our recording. Having already seen the recording of a family friend's funeral in the same church by this company we already had faith this could work.

Greg did a site visit in advance nonetheless to double-check the Wi-Fi capacity and decided on boosting the signal with their own aerial. We filled in a detailed form about our specification, but realised that until we'd discussed it with the minister and decided on an Order of Service that there would need to be a basic version to submit to start with, followed by a much more comprehensive one the week before the event, when the Order of Service had been finalised and sent to print. Furthermore in that penultimate week Greg made contact with the minister and talked through the technical issues directly. Rosie was my main point of contact with the company and reassured me of the process all the way through.

The recording of a thanksgiving service in our case was mainly motivated by the need for a large number of friends and relatives living overseas to access a live recording. What was less apparent to begin with was the value of a recording as a treasured memento of our eulogies and memorial to Mum for us to enjoy and reference for years to come.

I just wanted to write to you to tell you how happy I was with the service that you provided for us yesterday. My mother passed away quite recently and as she had relatives overseas who couldn't travel, we wanted to stream her funeral service.

I sent out to ask for quotes from local companies to provide AV streaming services. Rosie came back to me immediately and provided a really comprehensive quote that immediately reassured me that I was dealing with a top drawer company. With this kind of event you only get one chance on the audio video and I really wanted to be secure that I had a good company on board.

The other company I reached out to failed to respond to my initial request and when I called [three times] they couldn't put me in contact with anybody to deal with my inquiry. When I finally did get connected somebody promised to call me back with a quote the next day and failed to do so.

On the day, I was at the church in the morning awaiting AV xpert to arrive to make sure the inload was done with no issues. A very polite young man called Gregg arrived, he was considerate and offered his condolences to the family for our loss. He quietly got on with setting up with no fuss and bother and the parish priest commented on how professional he was and what a nice guy. During the service he was unobtrusive and people didn't really notice the setup.

We had about 30 people sign on to the stream some as far afield as China and Australia and everyone commented on how high quality the stream was, clear and seamless. The camera operation was excellent sound quality very very good. I was in retail and marketing for 30 years and I was very very impressed with AV xpert. Excellent administration and technical implementation. Special thanks please to Rosie and Gregg who really were excellent ambassadors for your company. Heartily recommend these guys to anybody.

I was a bit nervous of our responsibilities to do the stream, but it quickly became apparent that you both knew exactly what you were doing and put my mind at ease!

The AVxpert lights presentation at Godmanchester over Christmas and the New Year was a resounding success! The feedback from residents, both verbally and on social media, has been very positive, with some people clamouring for more next year! Thank you for supporting us, and for the hard work you and Ben put in during December. Having lost our traditional Christmas market through the Covid restrictions, it was a difficult gap for the Town Council to fill. But the responses from the public suggest the gap was filled admirably. More than admirably, even! The green light on the willow tree was much admired too! Please pass on my thanks to Ben. His cheerful optimism throughout the whole event was most reassuring.

AV Xpert were recommended to Vitec Production Solutions by our event planner for a corporate opening event for 200 people. They very quickly assessed what was required from the event and delivered the appropriate AV kit.

We also hired a tour guide system, which was a crucial piece of kit on the day. The tour had to be executed with no hiccups and the attention to detail with providing the right kit and instructions on how to use it, made the tour run smoothly on the day.

Always a pleasure to deal with and very responsive, they also made the more technical things easy to understand.
