Everything comes from our own warehouse in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, and is tested before it goes out.
We put together bespoke packages to suit your event and budget, from a single camera on a tripod to multiple 4K camera angles with live vision mixing. Our technicians can set up and operate the equipment on the day, so you can concentrate on your guests.

Our camera hire stock includes 4K cameras and remote-controlled PTZ cameras that give smooth panning and zooming, so viewers never miss a key moment, whether it’s a close-up of a presenter or a wide shot of the room during a Q&A. Carefully positioned cameras can also capture audience reactions, and roving cameras add movement for larger events.

Wireless roving cameras let our operators move freely around the venue, capturing audience reactions, award winners walking to the stage and candid moments that fixed cameras would miss, with no cables to trip over.
Mounted on gimbals for smooth, steady footage on the move, they send a live feed straight to the vision mixer, ready for the big screens, the live stream or the recording.

A vision mixer lets our technicians switch smoothly between camera angles, holding slides, presentations and video clips. Live camera feeds can be sent to the main screen and repeater screens so everyone in the venue gets a clear view, and the same mix can feed a live stream or hybrid call.

Share your event beyond the venue
Our portable production stations handle camera control, audio mixing and recording in one place. We can record the full proceedings for anyone unable to attend, and stream to the major platforms such as YouTube, Facebook or Zoom Events.
Alongside the live mix, we can record every camera angle and presentation laptop separately, so you get a fully edited recording of the event plus individual camera and presentation feeds for your own records and marketing.

Do you provide camera operators?
Yes. Our technicians can set up and operate cameras, vision mixing and recording on the day. For larger events, a project manager can oversee the production team.
Can you show live camera feeds on screens in the venue?
Yes. Live camera feeds can be sent to projector screens, displays and repeater screens so everyone in the room can see the presenter clearly.
Can you record our event as well as streaming it?
Yes. We can record the full proceedings while streaming, so you have a copy to share with anyone who could not attend or to watch back later.
Which streaming platforms do you work with?
We can stream to the major platforms such as YouTube and Facebook, and for corporate events we often recommend Microsoft Teams or Zoom Events.
Where do you supply camera and video hire?
We are based in Huntingdon and work across Cambridgeshire, the surrounding counties, London and further afield across the UK.
