Our pledge to offer free AV equipment, and technical support where we can, for local fundraisers and community events
Giving back to the community that supports us
In 2024, to celebrate our 10th anniversary, we set out to support ten local charitable and community causes by providing our audio-visual services free of charge. The project proved so worthwhile that we decided to keep it open, with no limit on the number of events we support.
Through our Community Engagement Project, we can offer equipment hire completely free of charge for small local fundraisers and community events. For larger charitable events, we offer a discretionary discount of up to 25% on equipment hire.

Helping grassroots causes raise more
Through our Community Engagement Project, we can offer equipment hire completely free of charge for small, local fundraisers, such as a quiz night, a sponsored event or a fundraiser, so every pound raised goes to the cause.
Fun for local families
This isn’t limited to charities. If your event is local, not for profit, usually free to attend and designed to give local families a fun day out, like a football club open day or a hospice family day, we may be able to offer equipment hire free of charge too.
Help on the day
For free events that need it, we may also be able to send our technicians to set everything up and run it on the day, depending on the event and our availability.
A discretionary charitable discount
For larger charitable events, we offer a discretionary discount of up to 25% on equipment hire. To qualify, your event should be local, community focused, entirely not for profit and raising money for a charitable cause.
