We install displays, cameras, microphones, wireless presentation systems and intuitive control systems so meetings start on time and everyone can be seen and heard. Systems are built around the platform you already use, whether that is Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet and can also be driven from your own laptop.

We work alongside architects, fit-out contractors and building managers, so containment, power and data are in the right place and the AV is ready when you move in.

Large meeting and town hall spaces need sound that reaches every seat, screens everyone can read, microphones that pick up the entire room and cameras that show remote staff both the presenters and the people in the room, so they can take part. We design and install systems that make big meetings feel easy.
Help when you need it
Once your system is installed, you will benefit from a 1-year on-site callout warranty, and we can continue to look after it beyond the first year with a support and maintenance agreement, including remote help, on-site callouts and regular servicing, so problems are fixed quickly and rooms stay in use and well maintained.

We also install bring your own device (BYOD) meeting rooms, that are driven from your laptop, allowing you to run the video conferencing software you already have installed and are familiar with.
