Large outdoor events need sound that reaches every corner of the site, from the main arena to the car parks. AV Xpert design, install and operate temporary PA systems for public shows across the region, including Gransden Airshow, the RREC Annual Rally and the Ashwell Show.
We plan speaker positions around your site layout, run the cabling, and provide commentary and announcement points where you need them, so your audience hears every display, result and safety message clearly.

A system designed around your site
We visit your site to understand its layout, the areas that need coverage and where commentary will come from. We then plan speaker positions and cable runs so the sound reaches your audience evenly, without being overpowering near the speakers.

From the main arena to the car parks
Weatherproof speakers are placed around your site to cover arenas, display areas, trade stands and public spaces, so every announcement carries across the whole event.
For the widest areas, speaker towers lift the sound well above head height, so it carries further without being uncomfortable for people standing nearby. Smaller speakers can surround main arenas or presentation areas, and with optional zoning, microphones and music can be sent to specific areas only, so they don’t disturb the rest of the site.

Keep your audience informed
We provide microphones and commentary positions for presenters and organisers, with the option of background music between displays. Commentary and announcements can be routed to specific zones, so they reach only the areas that need them.
