Sizes and configurations for every room

Equipment is concealed in a sleek housing that measures just 90mm in thickness, manufactured in the UK from high-quality anodised aluminium extrusion and laminate board. Each unit is available as a portable unit on wheels, or as a fixed, wall-mounted unit.

The enclosed panel design hides every cable and connection from view. As well as giving a clean, elegant finish, this keeps everything safely out of the way, so nothing can be knocked loose or tampered with.

With display sizes from 32 to 75 inches, these versatile units are suitable for anything from small huddle spaces to large boardrooms.

Modular by Design

Modular, pre-configured and ready in minutes

The technology is modular, so we can build the units to your exact specifications, whatever your application. We will help you to specify all of the required AV equipment, which will be mounted discreetly within the unit with minimal visual impact. Delivered to your site fully assembled, with all AV products integrated and pre-configured, it requires no installation and can be ready for use in minutes.

Standard features include a commercial display, high-quality amp and speakers, video conference camera, wireless microphones, front and rear laminate board, connection panel with HDMI, USB and more, black anodised aluminium frame.

You can also add an optional front shelf. As well as handy storage space, it has built-in power sockets and connections, so you can plug in and charge a laptop or neatly house a mini PC.

Bespoke Technology

Built around the way you meet

Every unit is specified around how your teams meet. We can include touchscreens, meeting room controllers, integrated PCs, video conference cameras and boundary microphones, amongst other equipment.

For larger rooms, we can add extra microphones so everyone around the table is heard clearly, or a wider-angle camera so remote participants can see the whole room. Wireless presentation lets guests share their laptop screen without hunting for the right cable.

We work with leading brands and certified hardware for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, so your unit is reliable, familiar to use and easy to support. If your needs change, the modular design means equipment can be upgraded or swapped later on.

The Benefits of Going Portable

Flexible, cost-effective and ready when you are

When your meeting rooms are booked solid, taking one out of action for an installation can cause real disruption across the business. Because each unit arrives fully built, there is no downtime at all: no cabling through walls, no making good and no meetings to move. The unit is wheeled in, switched on and ready to use.

The equipment is integrated off-site, so it is often better value than an installed system, saving on labour, fixtures and fittings. One unit can also serve several rooms, moving to wherever your next meeting is, and larger organisations can roll them out across every site.

If your layout changes or you move premises, your unit simply comes with you.
