Professional AV Setup
Bespoke audio-visual to enhance the local and remote participant experience
We provide high-quality AV equipment including multiple camera angles and displays, to ensure the best possible experience for both in-person and remote attendees. Our Portable Production and Hybrid Conferencing Station can be set up in no time, ready for your hybrid event, with the ability to quickly connect sources such as cameras, laptop video feeds, and microphones.
Our feeds connect to Microsoft Teams or Zoom, amongst other platforms. Our Zoom Events license is ideal where confidentiality matters, and we can limit sign-ups to approved email addresses.
High-Quality Audio
Clear sound for everyone, in the room and online
We supply gooseneck mics for lecterns, lapel mics for presenters, wireless handhelds for Q&A, and boundary mics for boardroom-style meetings so everyone at the table is heard without their own mic, all feeding a sound system that keeps every voice clear for in-person and remote attendees alike.
Our speakers also handle keynote soundtracks and video clips, and we offer assisted hearing systems so guests with hearing difficulties can fully take part.
Local Participants
Enhanced experience for in-person delegates
Local in-person attendees will benefit from a twin display system, featuring one screen for presentations and another showing remote participants. High-quality sound systems are also put in place to amplify local presenters and remote speakers.
We work with theatre-style or boardroom layouts, and live polls and Q&A help in-person and remote delegates engage with each other.
Remote Participants
Seamless connection for remote delegates
Remote delegates experience seamless connection, allowing them to truly feel part of proceedings. Throughout the event, we offer multiple camera angles that our technicians will seamlessly switch between, helping to bring Q&A sessions and boardroom-style sessions to life.
Our built-in digital audio system balances sound from the various in-room microphones, ensuring remote delegates can hear everyone in the room clearly. Unwanted background noise is also removed by means of our built-in noise cancellation system.
Remote participants can join on their webcam and appear on the screens in the room. Our technicians can give them permission to present as remote speakers or panellists, while delegates take part through Q&A, live polls and chat, so everyone online stays an active part of the event.
Recordings & Playback
Comprehensive session recordings
Our system features a built-in recording function that will record the live feed going to the video conference call, along with a separate recording of all incoming video feeds from the various camera angles and presentation laptops. This allows us to provide comprehensive, fully-edited session recordings, along with individual camera and presentation feeds for your own records and marketing.
If your audience only needs to watch rather than take part, a live stream can be a simpler alternative to a full hybrid set-up.
