Effects Lighting
AV Xpert’s comprehensive range of modern effects lighting with exciting features will add some instant magic to your event! Our more advanced fixtures provide a great option for moving light hire resulting in extensive room coverage and a diverse light show that will fill the venue or dance floor.
Most lighting fixtures available to hire feature a sound-to-light mode which means they will pick up a beat and perform a light show to the rhythm of the music. We have simple, easy to use options that can be dry hired for smaller events or fully managed options where our experienced engineers design and manage the light show on bigger projects.
Mood Lighting
Creative Lighting Equipment
Transform the look of any venue and create the perfect atmosphere at your event with fantastic, easy-to-use mood lighting fixtures. Fashionable warm white LED festoon lighting and stunning hanging lighting chains give a subtle glow and warmth in rustic venues or marquees. Advanced mood lighting fixtures offer full wireless control, long life battery operation and are IP rated making them suitable for outdoor use.
Uplighter Hire
Creative Lighting Equipment
Great versatility in our uplighter hire range enables lighting to adapt with the mood of an event. Colour washes can change to suit the mood or highlight key features of the building.
Stage Lighting Hire
We provide event staging and lighting for bands, festivals, theatre productions and school plays. Options are available for indoor and outdoor use along with DMX lighting control systems for extra flexibility. For those bigger projects a lighting design service is available to bring your event to life with colour schemes, movement and ambience lighting. And don’t worry, our expert technicians can be on hand to manage lighting control on the day too!
Bespoke Lighting and Full Event Production
Whilst our modern lighting equipment can be hired in isolation to complement your existing set-up, the AV Xpert team is able to provide full immersive AV event production for corporate events including event staging and lighting, branded sets and audio to special effects and props. Event Lighting FAQs
Is battery operated creative lighting a viable option for me?
Our battery-operated lights have a long battery life of up to eight hours. They are a perfect option where power access is limited as well as having the convenience of no unsightly cables or trip hazards to worry about.
Do you have festoon lighting for outdoor and indoor use?
AV Xpert offers waterproof festoon and fairy lighting that will link together to create strings of between five and 30 metres in length. These versatile lights can be installed by our expert event technicians inside or outside your venue, hanging from special festoon poles (available for hire from us), structural beams, marquee ceilings, outdoor structures or even trees.
