Our stage decks come with a choice of leg heights to suit your venue and occasion, the system is modular, made up from individual stage decks that are clamped securely together for a solid, stable platform. We can add steps for lower stages or stairs for taller ones, and a ramp for inclusive access.

Do you offer bespoke stage sets that match our branding or event theme?
Yes, we offer fully branded event staging services with many options for keeping your brand in front of the audience. Whether you need help with graphic design, branded back drops, coloured lighting, branded LED displays, presentations and special effects we have it covered. We can also work with appointed experiential agencies.
What size stages do you offer?
Our stage equipment is robust and modular meaning that we can customise the size to your event requirements and the available space.
When should I think about ordering my stage design and hire?
Ideally, we like to be involved from the early planning stages of your event to ensure there is plenty of time to do site visits, make recommendations based on our experience and prepare customised elements. However, we understand that requirements can occur at short notice and have an extensive hire stock subject to availability.
Can you build a projector screen or video wall into our stage set?
Yes, AV Xpert can integrate projector screens or LED video walls into your stage set. We design and build bespoke structures, provide LED walls and have industry leading projectors, including short throw options, for a clean, professional look that complements your event design.
