We provide a complimentary 1-year on-site callout warranty with every system that we supply and install. This premium service gives you an extra level of support beyond the standard manufacturers’ warranties, even covering user error, so you can get the very best from your new audio-visual equipment.

On-Site Technician Visits
Rapid response with minimal downtime
If a problem cannot be resolved over the phone, a technician will visit your site to diagnose it and attempt repairs, with a target response time of 1 business day in East Anglia, 2 in London and 3 for the rest of the UK.
Claims Managed & Loan Equipment
Keeping you running
We take care of manufacturer warranty claims for you, so faulty equipment is dealt with hassle free. We also offer loan equipment from our rental stock to keep your operations running smoothly while repairs or replacements are in progress.
User Training & Refreshers
Confident users from day one
An on-site training session is included at installation so your team can operate the system. Remote training sessions can also be arranged by video call throughout the warranty period, and the warranty even covers mistakes made during everyday use.
How It Works
365 days of cover from handover
Your callout warranty begins on the day your system is commissioned and handed over to you, and is valid for 365 days from that date. Extended Support & Maintenance Agreements
Three years of expert support at a discounted rate
We offer an extended 3-year Support and Maintenance Agreement at a special discounted rate when purchased alongside your system. It continues every benefit of the callout warranty and adds annual training refreshers, preventative maintenance visits, software and firmware updates, and system health checks.
