AV Xpert provides event production and AV hire in London for conferences, AGMs, investor meetings, awards ceremonies and product launches. We bring our own technicians and equipment, so the people who plan your event are the same people who deliver it on the day.
Many of our London events take place in historic livery halls and member clubs, where access, timings and building rules need careful planning. We handle that with the venue, so you can concentrate on your guests.

We deliver sound systems, microphones, projectors, screens, lighting and staging to your London venue, set everything up and test it before your guests arrive, and collect it afterwards, working around loading times and venue rules.
For audiences in the room and online
Corporate conferences and AGMs need to run to time and be heard clearly by everyone. We provide presentation screens, lectern and radio microphones, recording and secure multi-camera live streaming, so remote shareholders and delegates can take part as easily as those in the room.
Careful work in special buildings
London’s livery halls and member clubs are beautiful but demanding spaces. We plan power, rigging and cable routes with the venue team, protect the building, and keep equipment as discreet as the occasion needs.

Yes. We work across London, most often in the City, Westminster and Bloomsbury, as well as further out including Heathrow, Kingston and Edgware.
Yes. We offer free, no-obligation site visits, which help us plan power, access, sightlines and the right equipment for the venue and occasion.
Yes. We provide single and multi-camera live streaming and recording of events, so people who cannot attend in person can watch live or view the recording later.

Yes. We agree delivery times, loading, power and rigging with the venue in advance, provide the paperwork they need, and set up and clear away within the times they allow.
Yes. Our equipment does not have to be run by our technicians. We can deliver and set it up at venues and private homes around London, leave you to run it, and collect it afterwards. Or you can collect it from our Huntingdon warehouse and set it up yourself.
Yes. As well as business events, we supply sound, lighting, screens and staging for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other private celebrations, at venues and homes around London.
Yes. Our technicians can set up, run the event and pack down afterwards, with a Lead Technical Manager overseeing larger events. The team includes sound engineers, lighting and effects designers and operators, and video technicians, as well as general technical support.
Yes. We often add to a venue’s own system, for example with extra screens, microphones, lighting or a live stream, and we will always agree the details with the venue beforehand.
Booking early is always worthwhile, especially for busy periods such as the autumn conference season and the run-up to Christmas. Even at short notice, please get in touch: with a large stock of equipment in our warehouse and our own experienced technical and delivery team, we can usually still help.
