Stage Set Design & Hire
Stage sets tailored to you
We create custom stage sets incorporating both printed media and audio-visual content delivery, utilising equipment such as rear projection screens and displays. Our solutions ensure a captivating and impactful awards ceremony experience.
You can also hire staging, truss systems, lecterns and creative lighting to maximise the impact of your stage set.

We offer a graphic design and video content creation service to create bespoke content for your ceremony. From custom video content for holding slides and awards presentations, to printed backdrops, pull-up banners, lectern graphics and more, having customised branded content at your ceremony can make a big impact on the overall feel of the event.
Creative Lighting & Special Effects
Impactful lighting for your awards ceremony
Creative lighting designs, including uplighters and moving lights, can make a big impact on your awards ceremony, and can be set to the colours of your choice. Soft-edge stage lighting can also be used to make sure everyone on the stage is clearly visible when they collect their awards.
For the moment each winner is announced, moving lights and special effects such as confetti in your brand colours or a shower of streamers can be timed to fire together, giving winners and the audience a moment to remember.
High-Quality Audio
Advanced sound systems
We provide various types of microphones, all linked up to a high-quality sound system, ensuring clear audio throughout the venue. We can also offer assisted hearing systems for any guests who have hearing difficulties.
Our speakers deliver high-impact sound with punchy bass, ideal for music as each award is presented and for the video clips that build up to every announcement.
Video Distribution & Production
Seamless video production and display solutions
Our video production equipment will ensure that there is always content on every display and projector at the venue, and allows for smooth transitions between content such as holding slides, videos, presentations and camera feeds. We can broadcast content simultaneously to a variety of displays and repeater screens, or customise each display to show different content as needed.
Professional Live Streaming
Reach a wider audience
Expand the reach of your audience with our live streaming service. We offer single and multiple camera setups, with streaming to YouTube or Facebook. For larger setups, we also offer live vision mixing, a full AV Support Service, and a Technical Event service.
Our cameras capture winners’ reactions and key moments, which can also be shown on the big screens so everyone in the room feels close to the action.
Dedicated Event Planner
Comprehensive support at every stage
You will have a dedicated event planner, who will be your main point of contact and will assist with the organisation and planning of the audio-visual elements of your event, ensuring nothing is overlooked and all runs smoothly at the event.
As well as providing AV technicians to operate equipment, we can also provide a technical manager to oversee the proceedings and ensure everything stays on schedule.
