For the stream itself, we usually suggest an unlisted YouTube live video, which is private, as it can only be viewed by those with the link, which we share with you in advance. It remains available afterwards from the same link, so anyone who couldn’t watch live can do so later. A copy of the recording is also available for the family to keep.

Once you have chosen to proceed with our streaming services, we will ask you to complete a short form covering the details of the service, your choice of streaming platform (we recommend YouTube), and a title and holding slide image for the stream.
Our technicians then visit the venue beforehand to plan where everything will go and to check the internet connection, so there are no surprises on the day. We also make a local recording of every service as a backup, so in the unlikely event of an interruption to the stream, nothing is lost.

Do you work with funeral directors?
Yes. We work directly with families and with funeral directors arranging a service on a family’s behalf, and we are happy to liaise with the venue and the officiant so everything is in place on the day.
Who can watch the live stream?
We usually suggest an unlisted YouTube live video, which can only be viewed by those with the link. We share the link with you in advance, so you can pass it on to family and friends.
Can people watch the service again afterwards?
Yes. The video remains available from the same link after the service, so anyone who couldn’t watch live can do so later. A copy of the recording is also available for the family to keep.
What if the venue has no Wi-Fi?
Our technicians check the internet connection during a site visit before the service. Where there is no Wi-Fi, or the signal is unreliable, we bring our own dedicated mobile internet connection.
What happens if the stream is interrupted?
We make a local recording of every service as a backup, so in the unlikely event of an interruption to the stream, nothing is lost.
