I wanted to send you a proper thank you for everything you did for our event. Pivoting so last-minute and staying so calm and professional on site made a huge difference – it was genuinely a challenge, and your team handled it with such skill. It was a real delight working with you all. We’d love to work with you again in the future – you made a stressful moment feel completely under control. Thank you again, from all of us.

Global Events Manager

We’ve had the pleasure of working with AV Xpert for the past two years at our Long-Haul Leader Summit, and they were nothing short of exceptional. From staging and lighting to microphones and overall production, every detail was handled with professionalism, precision, and care. The stage looked incredible and the lighting created exactly the right atmosphere for everyone in attendance. What stood out most was how easy they were to work with. The team were extremely responsive, proactive and genuinely invested in making the event a success. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their presence gave us complete confidence throughout the entire event. We would highly recommend them to anyone running a live event who wants a seamless, high-quality production delivered by a team you can truly trust.

Great help from start to finish of the event. Rosie, our account manager helped build the quote with everything we needed. Anything she didn't know she would always get back to me with a speedy answer. On the day, Greg and Matthew made everything look effortless. No issues with AV, many attendees commented how wonderful the set up was.

Just wanted to thank you both so much for your work on Saturday at the Flinders reburial.

I was a bit nervous of our responsibilities to do the stream, but it quickly became apparent that you both knew exactly what you were doing and put my mind at ease!

I thought that you were excellent - sympathetic to the nature of the event but still able to get great shots. The camera work, angles and overview were just spot on. We have had so many compliments for our livestream - thankyou!
